MAKIN' MEMORIES is an XL 6 bathroom, 4 bedroom townhome that sleeps 16 people. There is a huge deck with a private hot tub and views of the Red Rock Mountains! The amenities include Kid's Cove water park pools, water slides, hot tubs, gym, clubhouse, volleyball, & pickleball.
All 6 flat-screen TVs have WIFI access. All the bedrooms have their private direct-access bathrooms for privacy when you need it. The open kid's loft is a ton of fun!.
The space
The deck and private jacuzzi make this property amazing! The deck is HUGE and the views are fabulous! All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms for ultimate privacy when traveling with a group. The kid's loft has two twin castle bunk beds. There are a total of 4 Pack-N-Plays, one in each walk-in closet.
The 4 master suites + Kid's Loft make for a comfortable multi-family stay! There are 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There are 20 bath towels, and 12 hot tub/pool towels.
Main Level:
Master Bedroom (sleeps 2): King-size bed, 55’ flat-screen TV, triple dresser, chair, nightstands, lamps & en-suite luxury bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, separate tub, walk-in closet, double vanity, and private toilet area.
Family Room: There are two large leather sofas, end tables, and fabric chairs. There is a 70” Smart TV with cast-ability features.
Half Bathroom: Toilet & vanity area off the main living space.
Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need to feed a crowd. Multiple big pots & pans, crock-pot, cookie sheets, toaster, hand mixer, Pyrex glass bowls & casserole dishes, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, kids plastic serving ware, silverware, cooking utensils, basic spices. There are plenty of dishes & serving trays both in white and fiesta theme. The fridge and freezer are good sizes, as are the oven & microwave. There are both a Keurig C-cup and a regular coffee maker (bring your own coffee supplies). In addition to the large family size table that seats 8, there is a child’s table & chairs and 4 high back bar stools.
Patio: The BBQ is hooked up to natural gas, so you never have to worry about running out of fuel to cook your food. There is also a large table & 8 outdoor chairs.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2): King-size platform bed, nightstands, lamps, & tall dresser. The en-suite bathroom has a large double vanity, shower, and private toilet area that closes off with a door. There is also a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 3): King-size bed, dual nightstands & lamps, and a twin daybed. The sheets & bedding are stored in the walk-in closet. The bathroom has a sink, large counter, private toilet area & shower. There is a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall.
Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2): King-size bed, nightstands with lamps, bench, and mirror. The bathroom has a single sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a walk-in closet.
Kids Loft (sleeps 8): Dual castle bunk beds that have twin-size mattresses to sleep 4 children. These are boutique beds and are impressive to a kid of any age. There is also a foosball table, a Barbie house, a train table & a game table with 4 chairs. The modular sofa can be moved into a queen-size bed and there is a triple twin bunk bed. .
Half Bathroom: Paris-themed half bathroom for the guests to use with a toilet & sink.
Deck: The private hot tub is the main draw! There are several lounge chairs to lay out in, and a sectional sofa. The pergola offers a little bit of shade on those hot summer days. From this deck, you have a peek at the main pools and clubhouse. The water park and lazy river are just a block away in the opposite direction. The volleyball court and Gubler Park are to the left through a small unlocked gate. Unit #61 is in the middle of it all and is a prime location.
This townhome sleeps 17 comfortably.
Guest access
As a guest staying in Unit #61, you will be able to access all the amenities. This includes the pools, hot tub, workout room, pickleball, volleyball, tennis courts + more! One of the pools is heated year-round, and the second pool is heated most of the year. Unit #61 is located at a premier space, with a peek of the pool and just footsteps away from the volleyball, pickleball and tennis courts. Kid's Cove is the ultimate water playground for kids of all ages, and admission to all of these facilities is included for all the guests staying at the house during your stay.
My guests have access to all of the amenities 365 days of the year! The pools are open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Our private hot tub is also heated for you and available for your use!
Other things to note
There is a fabulous Harmon's grocery store a mile away that has an amazing gelato bar, salad & soup bars, coffee cafe, cheese deli & bakery. They carry gluten-free products & you can gather provisions easily. There is also a Cafe Rio (a favorite Mexican restaurant).
There is a ping pong table in the garage. It is typically folded up, but feel free to set it up and play in the double garage. The rackets and balls are stored in the ground-level linen closet. The volleyball, pickleball rackets (2), games, extra blankets are also stored in that same closet.
Basic supplies, like trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps & shampoo are provided for you upon your arrival but are not replenished during your stay.
We have on-site parking for four vehicles and access to a pull-through parking lot next door for additional and oversized vehicles and trailers.
The upper pool at the clubhouse and the water park features are heated year-round for your enjoyment. The Paradise Village hot tubs are also heated 24/7, 365 days a year. In addition to this, the private hot tub on the deck is also available for you to use anytime.
