Charming 1920s villa in central Åhus with room for up to 10 people - perfect for families looking for accommodation with plenty of space and a comfortable distance to the town center or the harbor promenade (350 m) and beaches (900 m).

Two bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 in sofa bed. Two bathrooms. Large social areas and spacious garden with patio, pergola and barbecue. Fully-equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso. Wi-Fi, Apple TV. Laundry and parking. Note: Sheets/Towels are not included. Weekly rental in high season

ENTRANCE LEVEL:

The entire house may be used by booked guests (Max 10) during your stay including the garden of about 1,100 sqm. No extra guests camping or caravans.

Peak season is mainly rented on a weekly basis.
Maximum 10 guests per booking, no tents in the garden or caravans.

- Sheets and towels are not included, can be rented.

- Electric car: Unfortunately, no charging for electric car (we do not have a socket, note that there is a risk of fire if you charge the car in another way) There are several charging stations in Åhus, the nearest is 200 m up the street.
- Electricity consumption: We check electricity meters every week, should it be unusually high, this will be charged extra according to the current price per kilowatt hour.
- Cleaning is always included in the booking and refers to "normal cleaning" (i.e. the cleaning company vacuums, cleans bathrooms, wipes surfaces and kitchen, etc.). As a guest, you are expected to tidy up after yourself at check-out, throw the garbage in the designated trash can, and put furniture in the right place. If the cleaning company considers that it is in addition to normal cleaning, an extra charge will be made, which is paid by you as a guest.
- No parties, normal noise level between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- No smoking, no pets unfortunately.
