Majestic Palace, a Jules Fevre Art Deco landmark, places you in the heart of Nice. The neighborhood is lively yet respectable; Nice-Ville station is just minutes away—your ideal launchpad for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Walk 15 minutes to Place Masséna or 10 minutes to Old Nice via Place Garibaldi. Excellent bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep.

The space
1) The building has central heating system . Its working time does not depend on my desire. Usually the heating is turned on at the end of October. 2) You will find public parking directly opposite the entrance to the apartment. I have the opportunity to provide you with my private free of charge parking place , but this must be agreed upon in advance and it’s 7 m walk distance from apartment

you’re staying inside Nice’s Belle-Époque heritage. Majestic Palace is a hidden-in-plain-sight landmark where local aristocracy once lived—still with a wrought-iron lift and two grand Christmas trees each year. You’re in the very center yet the flat is quiet at night. The city’s best boulangerie is 2 minutes away; cinemas, shops and restaurants are all around. Seen on early photos of Nice, this facade is part of the city’s story. A rare, authentic experience.
