-Guests will have exclusive use of the entire cabin and all decks and POOL, except the owners closet.
-You will access the cabin via smart lock on the front door (code is sent 2 days prior to check-in).
Other things to note
POOL HEAT
Pool/Jacuzzi heat is available (Availability during the winter depends on outdoor temps) at $150/$100 per night. Pool and/or Jacuzzi must be heated for entire stay. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees, PLEASE NOTE if the overnight air temperature falls below 40 degrees we will not be able to maintain pool/Jacuzzi heat (Pool enters freeze protection mode). The pool will be heated to a comfortable 85 degrees but will NOT be comparable to hot tub temperatures.
Pool is professionally cleaned weekly, Guests will have access to skimmer for additional cleaning.
After each guest, we thoroughly clean and refill the 7 person hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub may not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should never be set above 104 degrees for health reasons.
