• Maximum occupancy: 8 adults. Up to 5 children (13 & under) are welcome and do not count toward the adult maximum.
• For safety, we provide a clothing steamer instead of an iron.
• South Lake Tahoe regulations do not allow parties or events. Guests will be asked to sign the City’s Good Neighbor Contract upon booking. Violations may result in fines starting at $1,500.
• During snowfall, driveway plowing may occur when vehicles are not present to help maintain safe access.
