In the village of Sommant, not far from the church, the À Hue et à Dia equestrian center, and the Chateaux of Vareille and Vallogne, the residence known locally as St Innocent was built in 1789 by Pierre Mathieu Quarré, Sieur de Charnay, a lieutenant in the Aquitaine regiment.
The space
On the ground floor, there is a single-level entrance through the laundry room or the kitchen, then passage through the dining room and the living room.
A sofa convertible into a bed can be used occasionally.
After the library and TV area, there is a first bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Access to the first floor via a staircase, where there are 3 large bedrooms and a second bathroom with toilet.
A separate entrance provides access to the upper floor via the rear courtyard.
