Ideally located, our bright townhouse (built in 2020) is quietly located at the entrance to the city center of Trouville. 5/7-minute walk from the train station after a short hill and 15-minute walk from the beach: once the car is parked, everything is done on foot!

It obtained the FAMILLE PLUS label in April 2022 via the Tourist Office.

Sheets and towels not included (can be rented from the concierge (€)).

Very bright and warm, the triplex house is new and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Located in a quiet residence with a private entrance.

3 bedrooms, 1 living room, open kitchen, 2 bathrooms and balcony.

Other things to note
Real mattress for the baby bed (1 folding crib possible) and mattress topper on all beds for the rest of the beds (except 1 of the 3 single beds).
Very nice bedding.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in the "primitive" and historic district of Trouville. Where the first fishermen's houses were built (around 1850). We are 75 m from the Chapelle St Jean, the oldest monument in the city (11th century).

This neighborhood is quiet and at the entrance to the city center. You put the car down and then do everything on foot! Ideal in summer when there are a lot of people/cars in the resort.
