Welcome to Saint-Brévin to enjoy 8 km of fine sand, dune landscapes lined with pine trees, mimosas inviting you to experience a whole bouquet of sensations, from summer idleness to the vibrations of water sports and skiing!!!

The space
Welcome to the "Roses"! Nice house ideally located 200m from the beach of the Hermitage, the forest of La Pierre Attelée and 2km from the Rochelets beach.

Come and enjoy this newly renovated house which consists of the following:
. On the ground floor:
- An entrance to a large living room/living room with TV/internet box
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer section, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto, multifunctional raclette, pierrade and mini pancakes)
- A laundry area with a washing machine
- One bedroom with double bed (160/200) and private bathroom
- Separate toilets

. Upstairs:
- A nice relaxation area/mezzanine desk
- Three bedrooms with double bed (2 with 160/200 beds and 1 with 140/190 bed)
- A bathroom

The house gives access to the garden and an outdoor terrace with a garden furniture and a coal barbecue.

The accommodation is adjoining a cottage, the gardens are separate, but the entrance to the grounds is common.

The center of Saint-Brévin-L'Océan and its shops are less than 3 km away (bars, restaurants, bakeries, convenience store, casino, markets, night markets in summer).
In the summer season, you can take advantage of the market at the foot of the accommodation on Wednesday mornings.

You will have access to the entire home.

The accommodation is adjoining a maisonette, the gardens are separate, but the entrance to the grounds is shared.

- Arrival possible from 5pm to 10pm (outside these hours on request and with surcharge, outside these hours we cannot be held responsible in case of difficulty accessing the accommodation)
- Check-out before 10 a.m. (possibility of late check-out upon request and with surcharge)

The mandatory cleaning fee ensures the cleaning of the accommodation upon departure.

Linens are not included in the price of the stay. For economic reasons, we want to leave everyone the choice to bring their own sheets and towels.

- Bed linen kit: €18 per double bed / €15 per single bed (bed making not included)
- Bath towel and hand towel kit: €9 (bath mat is provided when a towel kit is ordered)

Please let us know your request when booking. The request for linen rental must be made at least 7 days before arrival in the rental (duvets and/or blankets and pillows are available on site). If booked less than 7 days before check-in, linen rental requests may be accepted subject to availability.

Charging an electric vehicle is not allowed (charging points are close to the accommodation).
