A beautiful traditional cottage in the quiet village of Gy en Sologne in the heart of the Sologne: the garden of France. The cottage is comfortably furnished and the whole of the ground floor is available to you. Central to the village with a Boulangerie just across the road and the Bistro next door.
Local walks take in the woodlands and etangs of the region. Many Loire and Cher chateaux including: Chambord, Cheverny, and Chenonceau, and the Zoo de Beau Val are within 40 minutes drive.
The space
The whole of the ground floor is available for you and includes a large open plan living, kitchen and dining room, a bathroom with walk in shower and laundry facilities, a separate toilet and a very roomy bedroom.
Outside at the rear of the property offers a court yard with parking for one car and a terrace with retractable fences and awning.
Upper rooms of the house are locked and not available for use.
Guest access
Guests have access to the ground floor, outside courtyard and terrace and the large barn.
Upper rooms of the cottage are locked and not for use by guests.

We welcome you to Maison du Gui, our home in France. Please respect our home leaving it clean and tidy, as you will find it.
All bedding and house linen is provided. Guests are asked to remove all used bedding and linen before going home and to leave it on the bathroom floor.
Our neighbour has vehicle access only through the courtyard. Please leave the drive way clear. Thank you.
