- No pets permitted.
- Any additional adult or child has an extra cost.
- Sounds at a volume that disturbs the neighbors, disturbances, disrespect to the guard are not allowed and will be fined $200 + removal from the property.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
-Any stain on bedding, towels, armchairs that requires more washing has an extra cost of $35, if it does not look good, it will be charged as new.
-Extra cleaning for feces, blood, vomit and other body fluids costs $35
-You must send the name and ID number of the guests in advance, for entry into the gate, otherwise they will not be allowed to enter.
