The space
Ideally located just 5 minutes from Nay and 3 minutes from commodities, this beautiful home is nestled in a quiet residential area backing to open farmland. The property offers all the comforts of home mixed with idyllic French country charm. The exceptional views will transport you immediately onto vacation.
The interior was fully remodeled in Spring 2022 and guests are free to enjoy the entire property including 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room & living room. A dedicated workspace is available on the upstairs mezzanine along with a cozy reading nook. The kitchen is spacious and features an American size refrigerator, granite counters and a granite island with bar stools. The kitchen opens up onto an outdoor dining patio with a gas grill (plancha) overlooking the mountains, pool and gardens.
The exterior pool area was rebuilt for the 2024 season and features a new pool house, bar, wood fire BBQ and heated saltwater pool with security cover and lights for the evening.

Our guests have exclusive access to the entire property, which includes a gated entrance and paved driveway. No garage access.
