Come and stay at La Maison des Agrumes, our cozy, comfortable and spacious apartment, ideally located in the heart of the old town of Menton, just a minute's walk from the Saint-Michel Basilica. The apartment has two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. Towels and sheets are provided for the duration of your stay. We can't wait to host you in our beautiful city of Menton!
The space
Located on the famous Longue de Menton street, just a minute's walk from the Basilica of Saint Michel and 2 minutes from the beach of Les Sablettes, the Maison des Agrumes is located close to all shops and restaurants. A central and peaceful corner to spend your holidays with friends or family.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old house, be careful of the few steps, they are steep.
Our accommodation has two master bedrooms with a large living room where you will find a sofa bed, followed by an open kitchen and a shower room.
The apartment is provided with two towels per person, one small and one large (small towel size 50 x 100 cm, large towel size 70 x 140 cm), sheets are provided as well as coffee capsules and shower gel, shampoo and a few rolls of toilet paper.

The day before check-in, you'll receive a message on your Airbnb inbox with all the information you need to access the listing:
an explanatory video will show you how to get to the address, park nearby, find and open the lockbox, and access the apartment door.

We remind no guest:
Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rentals are and what to expect, but we want to make every stay as enjoyable as possible. So here's a short list of what's included and what's not:
🛏️ What we provide:
• Sheets and a set of towels per guest.
• A welcome kit including shower gel and toilet paper for the first few days.
🧺 What we do not provide:
• Daily housekeeping.
• Daily linen and towel change.
If you want additional towels, we can rent them for €7 per towel.
• When the basic products (toilet paper, dishwasher capsules and washing machine etc.) provided are exhausted, it will be up to you to buy them in the local supermarket, as you would at home.
🧹 Regarding cleaning:
Cleaning is done on the same day guests check out, and sheets are systematically changed after each reservation.
We take control photos after each cleaning to ensure quality and have proof that the space is perfectly clean before each check-in.
So if photos of alleged uncleanness are shared with Airbnb, we can prove that this is inaccurate.
🚪 Important regarding access to the property:
If, on the day of your arrival, you are unable to open the door and a member of our team travels to help you, an intervention fee will be charged if, after verification, we find that there is no malfunction on the lock (for example if the door normally opens with a single key click).
We do our best to make your stay comfortable and worry-free, and we remain available for any questions before or during your stay.
