Welcome to "The Name of the Rose". This house at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, located in a small village will offer you the charm and tranquility of the countryside.

The space
The house consists of three levels. The living room and the equipped kitchen overlooking the patio are on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with toilet and the laundry room. On the first floor are the three spacious bedrooms, the bathroom, the relaxation area, the sports area (in case of tension with the other guests you can let off steam on the punch bag!) and the library area (if you prefer to get away mentally!). You will find a shower room on the second floor. All on a total surface area of approximately 140 m². A small, open garden in front of the house is at your disposal, as well as the parking space that can accommodate up to 3 cars.
