This building has 5 suites. The upper level suite which includes two bedrooms with private baths, full kitchen, living room and powderroom is available fore rent separately and has its' own entrance from this rental.

If you have a larger group and would like to rent all 3 stories together see our listing for unit #3 or inquire about combining the separate rentals.

Unit #1 and #4 do have permanent residents. Unit #5 is on the real estate market.
