Please note that closed cabinets and storage baskets are off-limits, as they contain cleaning supplies and maintenance materials not intended for guest use.
House Rules for Madria Loft Cabin:
🔹 Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 NN
🔹 No unregistered visitors
🔹 No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
🔹 No outside shoes inside the cabin
🔹 Handle amenities with care
🔹 Clean as you go | Wash dishes and dispose of waste properly
🔹 Lock doors and turn off appliances when not in use
🔹 Report damages or losses—charges may apply
🔹 A refundable incidental deposit is required before check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
Other things to note
For your consideration before booking:
🔹 Nearest convenience store is 10-15 mins away from the village gate so it’s best if you already bring everything you need.
🔹 We occasionally feed a dog named “Snow”. She tends to visit the cabin once in a while, but she’s very friendly and doesn’t come inside the gate.
🔹 Our cabin is nestled in a peaceful, farm-adjacent area. On occasion, depending on the wind direction, a light manure scent may pass through the area. It typically lasts for about 30 minutes and quickly dissipates. It’s a rare occurrence, but we want to be transparent as part of the natural setting and rural charm of the area.
🔹 While we thoroughly clean the cabin before every stay and do our best to keep it bug-free, occasional insects may still enter—especially during the rainy season. As we are surrounded by nature and nestled in their natural habitat, a few may find their way indoors despite our best efforts. Rest assured, our team regularly checks and maintains the space to keep it as comfortable and clean as possible.
