Welcome to Mabel, our stylish 3-bedroom, 8-berth holiday home located on Fantasy Island Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, just moments from the beach, fairground attractions, restaurants, bars and family entertainment.
Designed to feel like a home away from home, Mabel combines comfort, character and seaside charm to create the perfect base for your Lincolnshire coast getaway.
Living Room
The bright and welcoming living area is designed for relaxation after a day exploring the coast. Flooded with natural light and featuring cosy tartan accents, it’s the perfect place to curl up with a morning coffee, enjoy a glass of wine, or settle in for a family movie night.
The spacious lounge features a large, newly upholstered wrap-around sofa with additional throws available during the cooler months, creating a cosy space to unwind whatever the season.

Located within the open-plan living space, the dining area comfortably seats six guests, with additional seating available for up to eight.
Positioned beside the large windows, it’s the perfect spot for breakfast planning, family meals, board games, or simply watching the world go by.

Featuring library-inspired wallpaper and blackout blinds, this comfortable double bedroom offers a cosy retreat after a day by the sea.
This room contains a comfortable double bed.
Single Twin Bedroom
Finished in textured lime wash paint for a modern feel, this room contains two single beds and provides a bright and comfortable space for guests.
Single Twin Bedroom
Also decorated with textured lime wash paint, this room contains two single beds and offers a calm space to relax and recharge.
Additional Sleeping
The lounge sofa converts into a double sofa bed, allowing Mabel to accommodate up to eight guests.
If you intend to use the sofa bed, please let us know at the time of booking so that the appropriate bedding can be provided.

Good to Know
Parking
Parking in this area is pay and display only and is very common throughout the local area.
Please only use the roads next to the caravan for unloading. Cars are not permitted on the grass.
Please note that commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted on site.
Families
Children are very welcome.
Please supervise younger children at all times as the caravan contains decorative items and furnishings that may be damaged if handled incorrectly.
A selection of board games is available for guests to enjoy.

Bed linen is provided.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire caravan during their stay, including the private decking area with a lockable gate, making it ideal for families and those travelling with children.

For your convenience, all beds are made up prior to arrival so you can start enjoying your holiday straight away.
Self check-in is available via a secure key safe located at the property. Full access details and key safe instructions will be provided before your arrival.
Located on Fantasy Island Caravan Park in Ingoldmells, you’ll be within easy walking distance of Fantasy Island, the beach, arcades, markets, restaurants, bars, and local attractions.

🧂 Food & Condiments
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene between guests, we do not provide shared food items or condiments such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, sauces, tea, coffee, sugar, or similar products.
This allows us to fully clean and sanitise the caravan between stays and helps avoid any potential cross-contamination.
We do have a little “Saucy Jar” where guests often leave individually wrapped condiment sachets. If you use any, please feel free to pay it forward and leave a few for future guests!
Before check-out, we kindly ask that all food items are removed from the caravan. Any food left behind will be disposed of by our cleaning team. If you can take unwanted items home with you, it helps us reduce waste and is kinder to the planet. 🌍
