You’ll love our place for its cozy atmosphere and excellent location, with everything just a few minutes away—hotels, malls, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and cinemas.

Our unit is perfect for families and groups and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 kids.

The space
Spacious 3 Bedroom condo unit is fully furnished unit with 2 bathroom, and a spacious kitchen room, washer & dryer in the laundry room, Cable TV, Wi-Fi and 1 street parking slot (we pay) Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the country just right beside Marriott Hotel, across NAIA Terminal 3 with access to various restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and nightlife.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils.

Both bathrooms have single point water heater

There are 1 queen bed , 1 double bed, 1 bunkbed and sofa-bed that can accommodate 8 guests.

Guest access
Swimming pool access is available from MONDAY to FRIDAY only, except on Wednesdays, when the pool is closed for maintenance. A pool usage fee of ₱200 per person applies.

Please note that the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for residents on weekends and public holidays and is therefore not available to guests during those times.

Other things to note
For a smooth check-in, please provide a copy of a valid ID so we can arrange your condo access.
Maximum of 8 guests only. No additional adults allowed.

Check-in time is at 2:00 PM.
Check-out time is at 12 noon.

Late check-out after 12 noon is available for an additional PHP 200 per hour (subject to unit availability).
