The Lyric Inn at GratiDude Ranch is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath farmhouse-style retreat overlooking a beautiful river, just minutes from Leiper’s Fork. Part of the Lyric Retreat—which includes The Lodge and The Guesthouse—the Inn offers peaceful country living with modern comfort.
The Inn is rented separately but can be booked together with the Lodge for larger groups. Though both share the same home, they’re completely private with separate entrances and no shared spaces, like a duplex.
The space
The Inn is a separate 3 bedroom/2bath quarters that sleeps up to 6 guests. The Inn can be booked independently from Lyric Lodge, or for larger groups, can be booked in addition to Lyric Lodge. Both spaces are completely private spaces within the same structure. Each have their own entrance and guests do not have access to the others quarters. The Lyric Guesthouse is an additional rental dwelling on the property that can also be booked separately.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the Inn. There is also a courtyard and guests are welcome to go down and enjoy the creek.
Other things to note
The Inn is an independent house within Lyric Lodge (think duplex style). The Lyric Lodge and Inn are rented independently and are separate homes from one another and guests do not have access to the others space. Please be respectful with the noise level since there is only one door separating both kitchens. If larger groups would like to book both spaces and have access to both spaces, the passage way door between the two spaces can be unlocked (similar to a hotel room with a door connecting rooms). And don’t forget to ask about visiting our animals on the farm.
These spaces are NOT pet friendly.
