A stunning ground floor luxury condo located directly on world renowned Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana, famous for its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. Our condo has stunning views of the ocean, beach and gardens. Our massive covered patio is a perfect place to dine or just sit and relax with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The space
Wake up, and walk directly out of this luxurious beach level condo, only 30 meters to the beach! With 3 large bedrooms and 3 Full Baths, this apartment comfortably sleeps 8 people.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, with patio access and en suite bathroom.

Guest Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed with Ground level Beach Views and en suite bathroom

Guest Bedroom #2 has One Double Bed, and One Twin Bed. Full bathroom is located in the hallway.

After a day of fun in the sun, unwind on your massive private covered patio with a spectacular view of the ocean or enjoy a movie on the TV. If you do have to work remotely, do so confidently with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

ELECTRICITY NOT INCLUDED:
Electricity consumption is not included in the rental and has to be paid on-site. We require a $200 USD cash deposit at arrival.

The deposit is collected at check-in and the electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out for kilowatt usage. If guest's electrical charges do not exceed $200 during the stay, we will refund the difference at checkout. If charges exceed $200, you will be responsible for the difference.
