The Luxy House is equipped with customizable color-changing lights throughout the house that you can adjust with a wall-mounted tablet.
Resort-like backyard with yard games and ambient lighting.
Natural light through the day, and mood lighting at night.
Desk/monitor setup for mobile work.
Water filtration system for crisp water throughout the house.
There is a remote that moves the bed up like a taco if you choose, its great for movies on the 70" TV with the Bluetooth surround sound
There is a bidet in the bathroom, plus a motion-activated toilet light for that late-night trip.
Guest access
The entrance is at the back of the property, from the alleyway through the metal gate. Park anywhere on the gravel. This area can fit a few cars.
Other things to note
Note that the outdoor space is shared with the main house which is also an Airbnb.
Luxy sleeps up to 3 people - 2 on the King bed, 1 on a Twin size air mattress!
