The property has just completed a major renovation and is equipped with luxury furnishings, contemporary artwork and high-tech comforts. Its lounge area is illuminated by Crea LED cove lighting often found in luxury yachts, adjustable by remote control. A new Samsung Frame television comes with built-in cable TV, Netflix and Youtube, while guests can relax on the double sofa-bed.

The apartment’s American kitchen, compact but fully equipped, includes polished stone worktops from Alsace and a large island that doubles as a comfortable dining table. A microwave, dishwasher and full size fridge-freezer are included along with every type of tableware and utensil.

The property’s garden is a rare oasis of calm just one street away from the bustle of Monte Carlo, Monaco’s most famous neighbourhood and home of its Casino. Relax, read or work in 65 square meters of outdoor privacy. The highlight of the garden is its mature orange and lemon trees, rare to find these days in the area, along with bougainvillea trees, herbs such as oregano and lavender, and a natural stone terrace perfect for enjoying the French Riviera sun.

The two double bedrooms are equipped with French mattresses and clean, contemporary furnishings. The master bedroom includes its own covered veranda from which to enjoy a morning coffee, while the compact but functional guest bedroom includes a desk to check morning emails or take a Zoom meeting.

The bathroom features a powerful rainforest shower, Villeroy and Boch fittings and a heated towel rail. Toiletries are provided for our guests’ comfort and convenience.

The property includes a fully equipped walk-in closet and a cloakroom for coats and luggage. High speed USB-C ports are found throughout the property, along with free high-speed wifi. For the convenience of our guests, a brand new LG washing machine with dryer is available to use free of charge.

Monte Carlo is one street away and the Monte Carlo Casino is 4-5 minutes by foot. The beach is 15 minutes’ walk and the Monaco train station is 7 minutes. A new, 20 million euro public escalator system connects the street to the heart of Monaco, until the St. Charles of Monte Carlo church.
