The property features two balconies with unparalleled views of Mont Blanc, a private entrance, and a cellar for ski equipment. Perfect for singles or couples; pullout couch or bed nook can accommodate a third guest. Tourist cards provided to guests, which give discounts on transport.

The space
The property is a one-bedroom with an open plan living area and kitchen as well as reading/sleeping nook. The bedroom contains a skylight that can be opened in the summer months with a blind to keep out the light in the mornings, controlled by a remote located beside the bed. The bathroom has a rainfall shower and feature stone wall. Two balconies facing Mont Blanc and Brevent can be accessed through doors from the living area. A laundry room with washer/dryer is located on a landing between the ground floor and top/first floor, and a cellar is located underground, accessed via stairs from the private front entrance, for storing sports equipment.

Guests have access to the entire apartment including a cellar/cave for sports equipment, with a private entrance to the property from the street.

Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB) participants and crew: This property is just 100 metres from the start/finish line of UTMB. You can cheer people finishing the race from the balconies as the runners pass right through the square below!
