The space
Luxor 3-room apartment 75 meters modernly decorated - with private parking, planned and meticulous down to the smallest details to make you feel in the retreat yet the atmosphere will be homely.
2 sun balconies with seating areas and sea view,
2 bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The house is equipped with everything necessary including modern and separate air conditioning for each room, large refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, gas stove, espresso machine with foam and capsules, mini bar, electric kettle, sugar coffee tea, washing machine and iron.

The living room has a huge TV with lots of TV channels in a variety of languages and of course Netflix.
There is a dining area for maximum comfort.

Bedroom 1 - A master suite where you will find a double bed, a closet, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a sun terrace with a perfect view.

Bedroom 2 - safe room (shelter) - a double bed and a folding single bed if needed.

In addition to the apartment there is a central bathroom with a toilet.

We provide body, face, foot, toilet paper, soaps and shower gel.
Linens are sent to an external laundromat in order to meet a high standard of cleanliness.
