You’ll have 10 private acres, six king bedrooms, hot tub, sauna, private pond + kayaks, home theater, arcade games, pool table, disc golf, floating golf target, fire pit, EV charger, plenty of space to be together without feeling crowded.

Luray Caverns, Shenandoah National Park, and George Washington National Forest are all nearby.

The space
Luray Yurt is built for big groups who want to stay together without feeling crowded. The yurt sits on 10 private acres bordering George Washington National Forest and features six king bedrooms, a loft sleeping area, three bathrooms, and multiple shared spaces across the home.

The main living area is centered around the cathedral dome skylight, with an open kitchen, dining space, wood stove, and room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is fully stocked for group meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, coffee machines, coffee pods, farm eggs, snacks, and a dining table for 12.

Entertainment is a major part of the stay. Guests have a private home theater with a starry ceiling, arcade games, pool table, air hockey, foosball, board games, PS5 with 4 controllers, Sonos sound system, and streaming options including Netflix, Disney+, and HBO Max.

Outside, guests can enjoy the year-round hot tub, sauna, fire pit, BBQ grill, scenic photo swings, private pond with kayaks, disc golf across the property, archery range, and our floating pond golf challenge. The property feels private and tucked away, but Luray Caverns, Skyline Drive, Shenandoah National Park, Massanutten Ridge Trail, restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries are all nearby.

We provide premium linens, oversized hot tub towels, Puracy bathroom products, washer/dryer, Starlink WiFi, Level 2 EV charger, parking for multiple vehicles, and no cleaning fee.

Luray Yurt is newly opened, so exterior landscaping is still filling in through the season. The interior, bedrooms, hot tub, sauna, theater, pond area, and main amenities are guest-ready.

Other things to note
Pond use requires life jackets and a signed waiver. No swimming, no pets in the pond, no night boating, and no glass or alcohol on the dock.

Pets are welcome with pre-approval and a $100 pet fee. Please message us before booking with pet details.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am by county ordinance. No fireworks, no loud parties, and no unapproved events.

Small approved gatherings may be considered before booking. Overnight occupancy must follow the approved guest limit.

The final part of the driveway is gravel. 4WD is recommended in winter, and the driveway is professionally plowed after storms over 2 inches.
