Other things to note
Winter Driving: Field is in a high snowfall region. A vehicle with all-wheel-drive and all-season tires is highly recommended.

Food Shopping: There are no groceries available in Field. There is a small Village Market in Lake Louise (20 minutes). Canmore (Save-On-Foods and Safeway), Banff (IGA and Nesters Market) or Golden (40 minutes; IGA and Save-On-Foods). There is only one restaurant (Truffle Pig) in Field so if you are here for an extended period of time, bring all your groceries!
