To help us manage cleaning and keep rates affordable:
Bookings for 1–3 guests include access to Bedroom 1 only.
Bookings for 4 guests and above unlock both bedrooms for your stay.
If you prefer access to both rooms even with fewer guests, just let us know—an additional fee may apply.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire unit, including:
One Bedroom with double bed + pullout single (pullout if booking for 3 pax), Two bedroom access for 4 guests and above.
Kitchen
Living room and dining area
Bathroom
Everything in the unit is for your private use, so you can cook, work, relax, or hang out with friends comfortably.
If you would like to invite guests, there is a guest fee of 200php per guest, the unit can only allow a maximum of 6 pax including the booker.
Other things to note
Please remove your shoes upon entering the unit. Any hard-to-remove stains or soiling requiring deep cleaning may result in additional charges to the guest.
Our unit operates on a CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) basis, so please leave the unit in the same condition as you found it upon check-in. For stays longer than five days, we are happy to provide one complimentary upkeep cleaning.
We kindly ask guests to help us maintain the space by following the house rules:
