This beautiful villa in its breathtaking setting of 2600sqm, is located right at the beach with magnificent views of the majestic Bali Sea. The villa nestles in the exclusive enclave area of Lovina. A great family/friends vacation home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one bathroom has a large bathtub. The villa accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. There is a private pool and direct access to the beach. The villa is a private paradise for those who enjoy the laid back atmosphere of Bali.
The space
Villa Lumba Lumba is fully fenced for privacy and shaded by tall palm trees in the midst of an exotic tropical garden with its own private pool, Yoga Bale and a Bale Bengong(Gazebo). The private villa offers one of the most exquisite experiences of Bali island living. It is luxuriously designed with high ceilings, smooth Teak wood kitchen set and a variety of quality indoor and outdoor furniture.
The villa has three bedrooms and two large bathrooms, one with a big bathtub. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. There is air conditioning and safe deposit box in all bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a tall wooden teak custom design wardrobe and queen sized bed, the luxury master bathroom is equipped with separate shower and clam shaped two person tub, the bathroom boasts a Bali style double wash basin and installed surround piped music that fills the bathroom area with your music via USB.
The living room has wide sliding doors that can open completely. On the covered terrace is a dining table with 6 chairs and a comfortable lounge corner. In the living room are two large sofas and a comfortable chair. There is a LCD TV and a Bluetooth speaker. There are two Airco’s in the living room and a large fan.
The huge tropical garden has a big private pool (6 x 12) and around the pool you will find sun beds with parasols. In the garden you find tall palm trees, fruit trees and frangipani in all colours. Furthermore there are two outside showers and you have direct access to the beach.
The villa, garden and pool are located on a private property of 2600 sqm and is not shared with other tenants. The house is fully furnished; Towels, Pool towels and sheets are provided. The kitchen is complete with large American fridge, a water tank with chilled water, toaster, coffee filter machine, microwave, oven and a blender.
The Staff
The staff team of Villa Lumba Lumba exists of nice and kind people. As guest you have private staff for the villa, so there is a gardener/pool-man, security and a housekeeper who is also a great cook. She can cook both Indonesian and some western food. The staff have humour and do their very best to make you and your guests feel good so you can have an unforgettable stay. The private staff works six days a week, 8 hours a day (except security: all nights, from sunset till sunrise).
Service of the staff is included in the rental rate of this fabulous holiday villa, also the cooking of all meals is included, only the groceries for the food are for your own account. For your convenience, the staff can do all the groceries: you need to give them money in advance to go to the local market. Afterwards they will provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee for the transportation (petrol) costs. Prices for food are affordable, the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.

Transfer
The best way to get around on Bali is with your own transport, whether you drive your selves, hire a driver, a moped or ride a bike. This gives you the flexibility to explore and allows you to reach many places that are otherwise inaccessible. The villa is located within 20 minutes drive from Lovina center, the tourist village on the north coast of Bali. Transport can be easily arranged during your stay in the villa.
We can arrange the transport from the airport (or from another place on Bali) to the villa for you. Our private driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall (or lobby) to bring you comfortable with a private air-co car to the villa. The transportation costs RP 650.000 for a car 4/5 people or RP 850.000 for a big car (suitable for 8-9 people). Transfer is not included in the rental rate.
For sightseeing tours you can use also our private driver. Most of our guests do. Arrangements can be made via our staff of the villa or via our help-desk. The driver speak very good English and is also a good guide, He knows the nicest places and hot-spots to visit in Bali! The use of a private car with driver is only RP 650.000 per day (4-5 persons) and RP 850.000 for a big car (6-10 persons) including the car, petrol and the private driver/guide. There is also the possibility to rent motorbikes/scooters for RP 60.000 - RP 80.000 per day, including insurance.
Explore
The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, dolphin trips, terraced rice-fields, plantations, mountains, monkeys, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find he most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobudur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs of Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkelling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour's drive away.
The famous village of Lovina, THE tourist center in the north, is located 20 minutes away by car or scooter. Here you will find cozy restaurants and cafés! Most restaurant have a pick up/return service for free!

Dolphin tour
Dolphin watching tours at Lovina Beach remain one of the main nature attractions of this quiet and laid back coastal town in North Bali. What this black sand beach lacks in features when compared to the beaches around the island’s south, it makes up for with its frequent sightings of dolphin pods that favour these calm waters. Back in the days, every sunrise, local fishermen in traditional outriggers set out for their daily catches in the bay, and so did the dolphins.
This unique kinship between humans and dolphins developed over time – hunting pods led local fishermen to where schools of sardines and mackerels, and likewise, dolphins joined in for a frenzy following the cast nets. Occasionally, the cetaceans would breach the surface to check out on the action above. Fishermen now regularly take visitors for a dolphin watching ride to see their aquatic friends from.
