The unit features a queen-size bed with a thick 9-inch mattress, plus an extra foldable mattress for additional guests. Stay cool with a split-type air conditioner and unwind with a Smart TV with Netflix and fast WiFi (up to 50 Mbps).

You’ll also have access to a private balcony —perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

For your convenience, the unit includes:

Light cooking is allowed (please avoid strong-smelling food).

Swimming Pool. Guests can use the swimming pool at Shore 2 Tower 1 , 2 ( with Kiddie pool ) and 3 (requires registration and fee)

Guests can purchase pool passes at condo office (condo office hours: 9am-5pm daily (9am to 1pm on Saturdays and closed on Sundays).

Price: P150 for kids & adults (P300 on holiday)

Other things to note
Note:

1. Please send us a copy of a valid ID for each guest upon confirmation of booking. These will be submitted to the Condo admin for Guest approval and verification upon check-in.

2. For Guest parking: Shore 2 Residences shares a commercial pay parking space with Shore Residences.
The parking rate is P50 for the first 4 hours; P50/hr for the succeeding hours; and P300 overnight parking fee + normal charges.

3. For guests staying a week or more: If you have a cleaning request there will be an additional charge, cleaning fee (₱600) & laundry fee (₱255) and it will be upon request.

4. Please do not HANG anything on balcony rails - penalty applies.

5. No SMOKING.

6. Light cooking only. No Dried fish cooking.

7. For safety, please turn off the Aircon and stove every time you leave the room.

8. Please take out rubbish to the Garbage room before check out.

9. No pet is allowed.

10. Clean as you go.
