The LuengiHouse Apartment, located in one of the best areas of Lloret de Mar, is surrounded by trees and with wonderful views. The apartament has been completely refurbished to offer you maximum comfort and elegance.

With capacity for 4 people, the flat has everything you need to enjoy a perfect holiday. Its location is ideal, less than 100 mts from a supermarket, 10 minutes from the beach Ca Caleta and the promenade. In addition, you will be able to enjoy a communal swimming pool and a barbecue area to share with friends and family.

Enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean breeze from the flat's outdoor balcony, which offers breathtaking views. And don't worry about utilities, everything is covered! The flat has a lift, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to make you feel at home.

The flat is completely refurbished in March 2023, it has all kind of utensils, kitchenware, full kitchen, as well as bed linen, towels, wifi, all included in the price, we do not charge extras!!!. It has a large room with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people.

There is a communal swimming pool available throughout the summer, as well as a barbecue for your use.

There is also a communal parking area available, the car park is not regulated, so it is used as guests arrive or leave the community, you will only have to respect the passing areas so that other vehicles can pass.

The building (Community) has security cameras in public/common places: Specifically in the access to the community, swimming pool area and access corridors.

Other things to note
You will have Smart TV, Internet access, as well as Netflix account so you can also enjoy a good movie or continue watching your series.

In addition to the beaches, there are many charming villages close to our holiday rental, Tossa de Mar, Pals, Peratallada, Besalú, among others, which showcase their cobbled streets, walls, towers and castles. You can also visit the picturesque town of Blanes, where you can enjoy its beautiful botanical garden and its picturesque port.

If you are a lover of water activities, Lloret de Mar is the perfect place for you. You can go water skiing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, kayaking and many other exciting activities in the sea. You can also enjoy a boat trip to explore the Costa Brava coast from a different perspective.

The Costa Brava is also known for its delicious gastronomy. You can enjoy typical dishes such as paella, black rice, fresh seafood and fideuà (a dish similar to paella but made with noodles instead of rice).
