This renovated 3-bedroom lake home sleeps up to 8 and features fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, screened porch, family-friendly sleeping spaces, and an optional 22-foot pontoon rental exclusively for guests (additional charges apply.)

The space
Set on just over half an acre, Lucky Rose Escape sits directly on Rinehart Lake. Outside, enjoy the private dock, lakeside firepit, and elevated patio with beautiful lake views.

**Layout**
The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, an adjacent bathroom, and access to a spacious loft with a dedicated workspace. The two additional bedrooms share the first-floor bathroom.

**Living + Kitchen**
The living room, dining room, and kitchen flow together in a comfortable contemporary space featuring a wood-burning stove. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, dishes, utensils, a toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

**TV + Wi-Fi**
Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. Roku Smart TVs are located in the living area, primary bedroom, and guest bedroom.

**Sleeping**
The primary bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has both a queen bed and a crib, and the kids' bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The loft also includes a fold-down sofa for additional sleeping flexibility.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and property during their stay, with the exception of the garage, storage area behind the garage, and designated owner closets.

The pontoon is not included with the standard stay but may be available to rent separately for an additional fee.

Cell Service
The home has reliable high-speed Wi-Fi; however, cellular service can be limited or unavailable depending on your carrier.

Swimming & Lake
The private dock provides direct access to the lake for swimming. Water near the dock is approximately 1–5 feet deep. The lake bottom is a natural mix of sand and marl with rounded rocks in some areas, so some guests prefer to wear water shoes.

Nature & Wildlife
Lucky Rose Escape is surrounded by woods and water, so seasonal insects and wildlife are a natural part of the lake-house experience. Guests may see deer, birds, butterflies, and other wildlife around the property.

Optional Pontoon Rental
A 22-foot pontoon is available exclusively to Lucky Rose Escape guests for an additional charge. Rates start at $200/day plus tax, with discounts available for longer rentals. Additional rental details and requirements are provided separately.
