The space
ENTRYWAY
Upon entry, you will be greeted by a vibrant Vietnamese lacquer painting on your left and a shoe cabinet on your right.
DINING AREA
The dining area features a glass dining table with four comfortable dining chairs and a wall mirror that adds a sense of spaciousness. In front of a mirror is a console that can be used as your buffet table, a space to place keys, and other items adding functionality and style to a room. Pendant lights provide soft lighting, while a decorative vase adds a personal touch. Opposite is a coffee nook with a Nespresso machine and electric kettle. Coffee capsules with sugar packs, tea bags and (2) bottled water are provided once per booking reservation as complimentary.
LIVING AREA
The living area is designed for comfort and entertainment. Relax on the 3-seater custom-made sofa with single bed pull out, throw pillows and a blanket that adds warmth and a cozy feel. You can also enjoy watching your favorite series or movies on the 55” Smart TV, seamlessly connected to high-speed 300mbps fiber internet. The space is with a 2HP split-type inverter air conditioner, ensuring a cool environment. An ottoman serves as a table perfect for your coffee or reading materials, and books are also provided. This ottoman is also a storage where you can put on the pillows if you don’t need them on the sofa. The area also has block-out curtains, an area rug, a tower fan, and a lampshade to complete the space.
BEDROOM
The bedroom is designed for relaxation and comfort. Here, you’ll find the full double bed that features Sensory Memory foam, supported by a soft upholstered headboard. We ensure that all bedding are towels are freshly laundered for your comfort. The room also features a table dresser and a mirror with vanity lights. A portable steamer and a hair dryer is also provided. The room also has a hanger stand for your clothes, a wardrobe cabinet, a side table and a lamp shade. There is a split-type AC with a remote control and a blackout curtain for good sleep.
TOILET AND BATH
The bathroom is designed modernly, featuring a mirror with vanity lights, towel and toiletries racks, tissue holder, bidet, an enclosed shower area, with rain shower head and with water heater. A hand soap, shampoo and body wash are all complimentary.
KITCHEN AREA
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to make cooking hassle-free. You'll find a variety of essential cooking utensils, dinnerware, and glassware, including a chopping board, knives, scissors, can opener, utensils holder, kitchen towels etc.
Appliances such as a rice cooker, microwave and refrigerator are also provided. For cooking, there is a 2-burner induction cooktop for your meal preparation.
A separate laundry area is next to the kitchen with a washing machine and clothes hanger rack for your laundry needs.
Guest access
Use of the swimming pool and gym is complimentary for registered guests only and are open from 6:00am to 10:00pm.
Please note that the pool is closed every Monday for cleaning maintenance.

Other things to note
We offer complimentary coffee, water, tea, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, sponge, trash bags, towels and toiletries given once per booking reservation.
The unit will be thoroughly cleaned and provided with freshly washed bedding and towels before the guests move in. However, if you wish to maintain the cleanliness of the unit during your long stay, we can arrange for a cleaner to come and provide new bedding and towels for an extra charge of Php 500 and cleaning fee of Php650.
A single bed (the pull-out on sofa) is available as an extra bed for 3rd guest for a fee.
CHECK IN TIME : 3:00 PM-12:00AM
PIN code will be shared with you by the host before check-in and only become active at your check-in time.
All guests must be registered before arrival. Upon confirmation of booking, each guest must provide their ID, which will be sent to the admin for registration.
It is required by the building admin to submit a printed authorization letter together with a copy of the ID of the guest/s.
Upon reaching the lobby, it is mandatory to present valid IDs for verification.
CHECK OUT TIME : BEFORE 12:00 PM
Please ensure that you check out by the specified time, as the PIN code will expire at the check out time and the cleaners will arrive shortly after.
Before you check out, please ensure that you triple-check your belongings, and turn OFF all the lights and air-conditioning.
Please see the sign on the door to ensure that the unit is locked when you go out and feel free to notify us upon departure.
