Great for a quiet and cozy stay.
Welcome to this 20 m² apartment, nestled on Rue Volcy Fèvre in La Flotte (17630), in a peaceful alley in the center of the village, close to the church. This cozy studio completely renovated, located in a small village building, offers all the comforts for a stay for two. You will be ideally located 300 meters from the waterfront, the beach, the town center and the medieval market.
All on foot!
In less than 5 minutes walk, access all the amenities: typical market, convenience store, restaurants, local shops, bike rentals... everything is there for a car-free holiday.
The studio
It features:
A large comfortable double bed
An en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
A kitchen equipped with everything you need: dishes, utensils, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker and kettle
