The Terrace Lakes Bungalow #1 can sleep 4 people comfortably. There is a sleep number King bed in the master, and a twin and double in the second bedroom. This rental bungalow is trailer house located at the Terrace Lakes Resort in Garden Valley, ID. It has a back deck with a view of the mountains so you feel like you're in the woods. The deck includes a BBQ grill, table and chairs for seasonal fun! Bungalow #1 also boasts a fake fireplace with crazy crackling sounds to mimic an actual fire!

The space
The is a front porch is covered but may be a bit dusty and this bungalow is in a subdivision that has dirt roads.

Enter the front door and there is a kitchen to your right and living room to your left for your comfort. There is a dish washer, stove, oven and fridge along with cooking supplies. The water is sourced from the subdivision and oft times has lots of iron. Please know that this can leave a yellow or rust color stain in sinks and toilets and tub, but we try our best to keep it cleaned up. Let it run a while if it comes out of the faucet in a yellow or brown hue.

The door to the deck is off the living room.


Down the hall the first bedroom which is on the left has two beds: a twin and a double for 2-3 person sleeping.

Further down the hall is the bathroom on the left and then the larger bedroom straight ahead which has a king sized sleep number bed for two.

This is a mountainous area and thus outside is mostly dust and mountain vegetation. There is no grass and because we are in the forest, the subdivision prohibits outside campfires, so no need to bring firewood. We have Internet and a TV with a DVD player and some DVDs along with an Amazon firestick for your movie enjoyment. There are also games in the cabinet near the TV.

We have added a ring camera to the front door to keep an eye on the property since we live in the Boise area.

Guest access
The entire space is available for guest use including the back deck for seasonal BBQ and a nice view of the area. This is a subdivision on a dusty road so please be courteous to others and expect a mild amount of dust.

Other things to note
For a fee you can access the Terrace Lakes hot springs pool, golfing and other amenities. Check the white binder in the living room or your welcome emails for a code to get you and your guests 50% off of the entrance fee. The Terrace Lakes lodge also has a restaurant, bar, pickle bar courts and golf for a price, but these are amentias you can enjoy during your stay with us in the Terrace Lakes subdivision. There is also a golf pro shop.

We have a Ring camera at the front entrance. No other cameras are installed on premise.
