Located just 10 km from Tagaytay City and only 5 minutes from Twin Lakes, our home is an ideal base for exploring popular attractions, cafés, restaurants, and scenic destinations.

Our home is designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups of up to 11 guests, offering a clean, cozy, and relaxing space for short stays, staycations, and weekend getaways.

* Second Bedroom: 1 Single bunk bed with a pull-out single bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. This room is equipped with both air conditioning and a stand fan.
* Living Area: Sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2–3 guests.
* Extra Bedding: Two double-size futons, each suitable for up to 2 guests.

* No smoking inside the unit or any indoor area. (P10,000 fine)
* No Smoking and alcoholic drinks inside the village. (Village fine)
* No illegal substances or any form of prohibited activity. Immediate termination of stay and expulsion from the village if violated. ( Village rules )
* Guests must keep the unit clean and return it in the same condition. ( P800 fine )
* Damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest. A brand new replacement will be charge to the guest.
* No rearranging of furniture or tampering with appliances. ( Brand new replacement will be charge to the guest if tampered or broken.
* Pets Allowed

* Maximum of 2 pets per stay.
* Pets must not be left unattended in the property unless crated.
* Keep pets off beds and furniture.
* Clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the property.

* Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning required due to their pets.
* Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
