Studio Piccolo is a small 40 m2 loft decorated in a vintage and contemporary style. You will also discover some works of art and ceramics. This space is located in the courtyard of a former 18th-century palace. A table is available outside for your use. The local market, the two beautiful beaches of Ortigia and the Marina are a 5-minute walk away, as are many restaurants and bars. This place is designed for two people. Not suitable for children.

The space
The Piccolo Studio is located on two levels.
The fully equipped kitchen is open and overlooks the living room.
The bathroom is, of course, independent.
