We are in a strategic and exclusive location for visiting La Sila: adjacent to the Silavventura Park and less than a 3-minute drive from Lake Arvo and the ski slopes (Lorica Ski Area).
Ideal for couples and families: Whether you're a couple looking for a romantic and relaxing nest, or a family in search of adventure, this is the perfect place for you. Pets 🦮 🐱 allowed for a small additional fee.
Large Groups (Up to 6+ people): The accommodation comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, but if you are a larger group, there is the possibility of booking a second extra accommodation next door!

The entire accommodation is embellished with beautiful wooden furniture and warm elements, designed to let you experience the true and welcoming atmosphere of a typical Silan chalet.
FIRST FLOOR: Double room with a view of the woods; newly renovated bathroom with a fabulous Maxi shower, so spacious and large that it is also ideal for a moment of relaxation as a couple; fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals in total autonomy, where the purest and freshest spring water of the Sila flows directly from the tap; balcony/terrace with a view of Lake Arvo.
SECOND Level (Relax Attic): Open space with sofa bed, bunk bed, "Cinema & Leisure" area with 50" HD TV (satellite/DVD), board games, bookcase and Wi-Fi/Ethernet. The room is made even more charming by a panoramic balcony window (not walkable) with a wonderful view of the forest.

Welcome Breakfast Corner (Self-Service): Upon arrival, you will find a welcome basket for an Italian-style breakfast in total autonomy. It includes: water, coffee pods, herbal teas, biscuits, rusks, jams, honey, hazelnut cream, and a few packaged croissants, to be used freely during the stay.
Lunches and Dinners: Maximum convenience thanks to the independent kitchen (with the purest spring water from Sila always available) and our agreement with the "Lo Scoiattolo" Restaurant, where you can enjoy typical traditional dishes from Sila with an exclusive 10% discount.
Sleep and Elite Welcome: Upon arrival, you will find the beds already finely prepared with soft sheets (in warm flannel for the winter months) and the towel kits arranged and rolled with care and style, to immediately give you an elegant impression and an impeccable welcome.
Superior Courtesy Kit: In addition to the classic bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, we also provide you with very practical disposable toothbrushes, offering you attention to detail worthy of the best services.

🧺 Laundry Service: The use of a washer and dryer is available only in AUGUST and by reservation. There is a small surcharge based on usage.
🏡 House layout: The chalet is built on two levels. The second level (Relax Attic) can be reached via an internal staircase, a typical feature of the chalet structure.
