House surrounded by olive and lemon trees, ideal for those who wants to visit the beauties of our area, enjoying the relaxation of a quiet place and the aromas of nature. Panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples, with its three islands (Capri, Ischia and Procida) and Vesuvius. Ample spaces, fully equipped kitchen, free parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, garden with hammocks sofas and a barbecue ideal for relaxing, but also for pleasant evenings with your friends, or for the game of your children.

The space
The house has 2 bedrooms with double bed and a double sofa bed in the large living room. On request it is possible to add an extra bed for a maximum of 7 people. It has 2 bathrooms both with shower and one also with bathtub. The big kitchen is fully equipped. The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and fast Wi-Fi in all environments, washing machine , ironing board , smart TV, mosquito nets and unlimited hot water.
You will have access to the entire house, the large courtyard and the garden overlooking the sea with hammock, sofas, table and deck chairs, ideal for relaxing in the sun, for having lunch outdoors or for pleasant evenings with friends. You can also use the barbecue corner fully equipped with all the utensils.
You will also have many free parking spaces directly at the house or, for very large cars and vans, at 200 meters from the house.

Other things to note
NOTE 1: It is very recommended to rent cars or scooters.

The house is about 1km from the square of Termini (the road is steep, so it is about 20 minutes to go and 15 minutes to come back by foot). In the square there are all the shops and the bus stop to reach Sorrento or Marina del Cantone beach.

To reach Capri Island / Amalfi Coast a company offers two very nice daily boat tours including minibus pickup service. The minibus stop is at 500m from the house (Price is 70 per adult, ask for more information).

Despite that the best way to move is by car, motorcycle or scooter, because public transport is not very frequent: about 1 bus every 2 hours and the last one from Sorrento to come back is usually at 9:30 pm (depending on the time table of the season); taxi/Uber are quite expensive (about 80 euro to reach Sorrento in 20 minutes).

It is possible, if interested, to rent scooters and cars also directly with us thanks to our collaboration with a local rent car, ask for more information. However, to make easier arrival and departure, we recommend to rent them directly at the airport/station (many websites are available for comparison).


NOTE 2: For security reason at the check-in, I'm obliged to register your documents. Finally we are required to collect on your behalf the payment in cash of the city touristic tax and to send it to the city (€3 per person per day). If you need, we can also request for you a receipt to the town about this payment.

The house is surrounded by olive groves and lemon groves, just over 1km from the small village of Terms, which enjoys a spectacular view of the 'island of Capri, where it is already possible to find restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a bar. From there you can reach, for lovers of hiking, the view and the unspoiled nature, the beauty of Punta Campanella area, but also the beautiful Bay of Jeranto. Just 10 minutes by car or bus are the beautiful beaches of Marina del Cantone equipped with all facilities, one of the few areas of Italy awarded the Blue Flag, for the clean water . From the house you can reach Sorrento in just 20 minutes by car or bus.You can easily reach Capri and the other islands of the Gulf of Naples. You can also easily reach Amalfi, Positano and the other towns of the coast by boat (wich I advise), by bus or by car. Finally by city rail from Sorrento you can go to Pompei but also the Royal Palace of Caserta, the Greek temples of Paestum, and all the monuments and the beauty of the city of Naples.
