Guest access
Tall Pines Nature Retreats is located about 1 km off County Road 503, with a paved, well-maintained road accessible year-round. Guests access the yurt via a flat, seasonal walk-in trail approximately 300 feet from the designated parking area.

Nature retreat guests have access to shared trails, waterfront and sitting areas throughout the five acre property.

There are two yurts at Tall Pines Nature Retreats. L’Orange yurt sits on its own private acre surrounded by mature forest and neighboured by our family log chalet on one side and La Rouge Yurt (airbnb.com/h/larougeyurt) on the other side. Both yurts have been designed with utmost attention to detail for your privacy so you will be totally immersed in nature.

There is a boutique horticulture farm on the property that specializes in plants and herbs. A seasonal farm stand (May-October) is located near the roadside where you can purchase fresh eggs, maple syrup, plants and herbs.

Freshly laid, organic, forest free range eggs are available at the stand or pre-order to have them inside your yurt upon arrival ($3 half dz).

You will encounter chickens, dwarf goats and alpacas, they are all very friendly and like to meet new people :)

We welcome your inquiries and look forward to hosting you!
