Long Valley Farm is a hidden gem 2.5 hours drive from Cape Town, at the end of a valley, circled by mountains. We grow organic veg, have 3 horses and beautiful clean water. Come and relax, enjoy starry nights and walking in the mountains. Close to Robertson if you’re visiting for one of the many wine festivals.
As we have ducks and chickens roaming around the farm, no dogs please xx

The space
Just 7 kms up into the mountains from Robertson in the Western Cape. Two and a half hours from Cape Town, Long Valley Farm is a peaceful retreat space, an intentional community, with a pristine river with rock pools and organic veg is season. Not suitable for saloon cars with low clearance. The road up to the farm is bumpy and rocky.

Guest access
Wander through the organic veg gardens, take a plunge into the pristine rock pools, walk on the mountain trails - a weekend in heaven. As we are a working farm, there will be other people around and some tractor action!

Other things to note
Early morning yoga is available on request! The cottage adjoins the main farm house. Families with young children are welcome. Not suited though for babies and toddlets as the entrance has no railing. The venue isn’t suited for late night partying. No smoking inside, please!
