All rooms have breathtaking ocean views! Villa Lomamar can accommodate up to 12 adults and 3 Minors. Our guests love gathering around our infinity pool and the well-furnished and spacious deck area. Massages can be provided (extra fee) in house. Our private Chefs (extra cost) are much in demand. All rooms have AC, refrigerator and fast internet (up to 150 Mbps). Breakfast preparation is included. Hear the bird's chirping, relax and enjoy your stay! Beaches are 10 and city is 15 min away.
The space
There is one thing unique about our villa. View and location. The ocean and mountain views are truly breathtaking.
Villa Lomamar has six bedrooms for guest use. The primary suite, Seabreeze Suite, has a king-size bed and shares a bathroom with the Moron Suite, which has a bunk bed (one twin on top of another twin, they cannot be separated). The two-bedroom suite fits a family of 5 easily.
Coson Suite has a king-size bed and a private bathroom and refrigerator.
Bonita Suite has a queen size bed and a private bathroom and refrigerator.
Portillo Suite has three individual twin beds and a private bathroom and refrigerator.
Ballenas Suite has two individual twin beds and a private bathroom and refrigerator.
You can add a single futon to Seabreeze, Bonita, and Coson Suites for use of young adults (we have three portable futons on the premises). Please take a look at the pictures for additional details.
The pool deck has an outdoor shower and a toilet. The large gourmet kitchen is fully stocked, including a breakfast eating area and a living room with sofas. All rooms, the outdoor dining and the large gazebo are equipped with ceiling fans.
Two large TVs (Smart TVs connected to WI-FI) are on the premises. Enjoy our fast internet wi-fi within the entire property. We have seven ACs covering all living areas.
Several large and small outdoor tables and stations are at the pool level. An out-door bar and a BBQ (hibachi style) are also in the pool deck area. A large, covered pavilion (40 feet x 40 feet) with outdoor seating is situated next to the infinity pool.
The villa has multiple locations for congregation of our guests. On the parking level there is a terrace overlooking the ocean and equipped with sofas and a large umbrella so our guests can enjoy our villa with a little sense of privacy when they need it.
Next to the kitchen, our open dining room is equipped with a 12-person dining table. If you hire our chef (extra cost), your dining experience will be unforgettable!
Families or a large group of friends, can enjoy a variety of activities in our spacious villa. You can do lots in this amazing space, personal and group rehabilitation, birds watching, sunbathing, play domino, relax along our amazing infinity pool and watch the breathtaking ocean views from anywhere in the villa!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Our staff (keepers) live inside the property but have their own quarters in a manner that provides full privacy for our guests. The property has 4 gates. All gates can be opened with a remote-control clicker. In addition, there is an intercom that allows communication between the gates and the guests.
Other things to note
There are additional fees for any additional guest beyond ten but if you input the correct number of the total guest including children the system will automatically do the calculations.
Cleaning touch up during your stay if requested including Sundays.
Breakfast preparation is included, client is responsible for the cost and buying of the ingredients.
Electricity is all included EXCEPT for the air conditioners that the use is optional and charged separately based on consumption.
Music is allowed but the volume cannot disturb the neighbors. The person responsible for the reservation (group leader) must complete our Music / Noise Policy Agreement before entering the property. Although we want our guests to enjoy their choice of music, we will restrictedly enforce our music policy. Excess noise (screaming) and playing loud music in the villa's open areas are restrictedly prohibited.
