Free street parking. Walking distance to a Michelin star restaurant (MACFam) and many other great dining opportunities! Sorry, we do not allow pets or Emotional Support Animals. (Registered Service Animals allowed per ADA)
The space
Located in the heart of Denver, with accessibility to nearly everything. Bike/walk on the Cherry Creek path, just a couple blocks up the street. Our place is surrounded by so much activity but offers a quiet respite from the outside world. You'll love the clean, warm, contemporary style on the inside. A full kitchen with spices and basics, if you choose to cook. But why would you want to cook when you have sports bars, fine restaurants, Sushi bars, breakfast cafes within a couple minutes walk??? We'll supply you with coffee, tea and a few other niceties.
We’ll never ask you to strip beds, do the laundry, or take out the trash. We pay a generous living wage to our housekeeper and professionally clean the laundry. We only ask for the place to be put back in order like you found it.
If you are flying into Denver, it's an easy light rail ride to Denver's Union Station. You could take a short bus ride from Union Station down to our stop (Broadway and Ellsworth) and have a 5 minute walk to the Logan Street Urban Refuge. Depending on what you plan to do in Denver, it's highly possible you wouldn't need a car. Please keep in mind that we have all that goes with a city. Our neighborhood is safe, but please lock your cars and practice ordinary precautions when out walking.

The entire carriage house apartment will be available to guests. Hosts will not access the apartment without prior communication with guests. Hosts will access garage, below apartment, frequently, where they store their vehicles.
Other things to note
The carriage house is above our garage and guests could expect to hear the door opener, occasionally, when I leave for work in the morning and return in the evening.
Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not allowed. Per ADA rules, Service Animals are allowed and must remain with owner at all times.

Neighborhood highlights
Seventy percent of the homes were built in the 1890's- 1910. The neighborhood is a mixture of old Victorian and Arts & Crafts Style 100+ year old houses along with old and new apartments. There are local businesses scattered within and a major business district (local shops, restaurants, and bars) is a 5 minute walk away. It's a very popular neighborhood with Millennials and Gen-Xers. Excellent location if you are in town to enjoy an event at the Ball Arena, Denver Performing Arts Center, Convention Center, Red Rocks Amphitheater or do business at the State Capitol or any State agency. It's also close to the Civic Center Park where lots of public events (festivals, demonstrations, cultural attractions) are scheduled throughout the year.
