A comfortable eco-friendly oasis in the jungle, but also in the heart of town! This serene property has a refreshing pool to cool off and comfortable furniture to relax and watch nature. 2 upper and 2 lower furnished one bedroom apartments built with the environment in mind. This listing is for the upper unit on the sunnier side of the property bordering the road.

The space
A peaceful enclave at the end of a quiet road in the heart of Samara. Within walking distance to a beautiful beach, great restaurants, banks, shops and much more. Our property is gated and it has two buildings with two apartments facing each other overlooking the shared pool and tiki bar area with bbq.

Other things to note
The area of Samara is still developing. It can happen at times that the electric power goes out for up to 1 hour whenever the electric company implements upgrades. Same goes for the Public Water and Internet.
