A comfortable eco-friendly oasis in the jungle, but in the heart of town! This serene property has a refreshing pool to cool off and comfortable furniture to relax and watch nature. 2 upper and 2 lower furnished one bedroom apartments built with the environment in mind. This listing is for the upper unit on the shady side of the property bordering the jungle.

The space
A peaceful enclave at the end of a quite road in the heart of Samara. Within walking distance to a beautiful beach, great restaurants, banks, shops and much more. Our property is gated and it has two buildings with two apartments facing each other overlooking the shared pool and tiki bar with bbq.

Other things to note
The area of Samara is still developing. It can happen at times that the electric power goes out for up to 1 hour whenever the electric company implements upgrades. Same goes for the Public Water and Internet.

Tucked away on a quiet street that most people do not know about. The apartments are next door to the jungle yet easy walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. A true hidden gem! The property is 1.5 hr from Liberia airport and 4 hrs from San Jose.
