The space
Nestled on the south-western side of Lake Annecy, this property is situated at an altitude of 850 metres and benefits from a breathtaking view. The quality of the air at this altitude will contribute to your well-being and allow you to enjoy pleasant evenings in the summer.
The Takapuna Loft can accommodate up to 6 people in its 140 m2 located on the first floor of this architect-designed villa, which is composed of this Loft and the Takapuna Suite on the ground floor.

You will find a large, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, American fridge, etc.), a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer), a large dining/living room, three bedrooms (high quality beds manufactured in Brittany, 160*200), a bathroom with an Italian shower (view on the lake and mountains), a storeroom, a wine cellar, and a separate toilet.
The living areas of the Takapuna Loft have large windows overlooking the lake and mountains. You can enjoy the view with the large terrace and the small garden will allow you to share meals with your friends and family. You can even relax on the lounge chairs in the sun.

Why did we call this place the “Takapuna” Loft?
We lived in New Zealand with our two children in Auckland. We were looking for a new rhythm of life, calm, serenity and we found it in a neighborhood called Takapuna. When we returned to France because of Covid-19, we wanted to find this environment at the end of the world, but in France. We found it in Annecy in this property in nature with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, like in New Zealand. We naturally named it Takapuna, our base point for discovering New Zealand. We decided to share this experience with our hosts.
