Other things to note
ATTENTION:
- Because it is an oceanfront unit, it is necessary to go down a few flights of stairs to reach the unit where the loft is located. We have sent a video to help you find the loft within the condominium.
- Because it is a neighborhood further away from the city center and located at the end of the power distribution network, there may be occasional power outages during your stay. If this happens, we will do our best to contact the responsible company and request that service be restored as soon as possible. We count on everyone's understanding, as this situation is beyond our control.
- The house is located within an environmental reserve. Therefore, it is possible for insects, spiders, or even snakes to appear, as this is the natural habitat of these animals. We ask you to remain calm: if you are outside, simply keep the doors and windows closed, and you will be able to proceed. If they are inside the house, we recommend trying to scare them away, with extermination as a last resort.
- Mosquitoes and ants are also quite common in the area. We recommend avoiding leaving food out and keeping windows closed in the late afternoon. If possible, please bring insecticides and use repellent during your stay.
- We recommend coming by car, as it is quite difficult to get an Uber to go up to Pontal do Atalaia. The alternative is taxis, which have fixed fares and are usually more expensive than renting a car.
