We are only 1500 meters from the beach of Novo Campeche, one of the most charming on the island , and 400m by trail between the dunes.

On the corner we have Hyper Select Supermarket, Bar and Suffocos Restaurant. The charming Lagoa Pequena, Permanent Preservation Area (app). is at the end of the street. In the surroundings, we still have, pharmacy, gas stations, Sushi Bar, pizzeria, laundry, Cafés, ice cream shop, Food Track spaces with ample gastronomy, and Multi Open Shopping with cinema. All without the need to use a car.

Easy access with public transport to various points of the Island, bus stop 150m from the house.. Property located in a residential street, quiet and safe.
