Neighborhood highlights

We are in Praia da Cal, one of the most beautiful locations in the city, which already has the most beautiful beaches in the state, and practically at the entrance to the most beautiful postcard of Torres: Guarita Park. Two blocks away is Lagoa do Violão, also a privileged point.
From the loft, we can see the beach, the lagoon and Morro do Farol, in our privileged solar position facing north, and from the 6th floor panoramic terrace, we can appreciate Guarita Park and the Itapeva Reserve.
All this is close to all the amenities (supermarket, grocery stores, fruit shop, gas station, etc.)
