The Arcano Maior Loft accommodates a couple or up to 3 people (daily rate = couple) and offers stunning views of the Atlantic Forest, Lagoa da Conceição, and the sea. Privileged location, just 250 meters from the lagoon and 2 km from the center of Lagoa. Close to the municipal boat, bus stop and the Costa da Lagoa trail with its traditional restaurants. Near Joaquina and Mole beaches, and thanks to its strategic location, access to the southern beaches of the island is easy, even in high season.

Loft Arcano Maior offers more than one stay! It is an unforgettable experience of immersion in the fauna and flora of the Atlantic Forest.

Celebrate nature in a quiet, private space surrounded by natural beauty. The loft, with approximately 82 m² of total area and 62 m² of interior space, offers comfort, spaciousness and a welcoming atmosphere for days of rest and connection. It has a full open kitchen equipped with a barbecue grill, microwave, electric toaster, blender, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses and the like, as well as natural spring water in all the taps. The large living and dining room invites you to enjoy quiet and contemplative moments. The space also has two balconies — one in the front and one on the side. The latter provides a pleasant retreat next to the forest canopy and has access to the common use balcony on the upper floor, from where a spectacular view of the Forest, the Lagoon and the Sea is revealed.

The accommodation features a box size queen bed, a single bed and an extra single size mattress, all with waterproof covers for better sanitation. We provide bedding and pillows.

In the living room: long raw loom curtains, a sofa, a hammock, a rustic bench and a coffee table make the space comfortable and cozy. (We have one more hammock to put on the balcony). The dining room features a table with 4 chairs and is supported by the kitchen counter, with two bar stools.

We offer 40"Wi-fi and Smart TV network; with Amazon Prime and Globoplay.

Our space is located in a high point of the Canto dos Araçás hill, in a very quiet street with few neighbors and beautiful houses. It is near the bus stop and the municipal boat that travels through Lagoa da Conceição, the Lagoa is approximately 250m from the house. The Costa da Lagoa trail, known for its historical sites and restaurants, is part of our local universe. You can also opt for a boat ride to there.

We are about 2 km from the center of Lagoa da Conceição. The nearest beaches are Praia da Joaquina and Praia Mole. But, because of the great location, our exit to the other beaches (mainly to those in the south of the island) offers a lighter transit than at other points on the waterfront.

Take the opportunity to explore the island of Florianópolis from a little explored region, where nature and people live in harmony. A place where you can choose between escaping the summer hustle, or going to meet it. :)

* For hot summer days, in addition to the screened windows to cool the space, the place has two ceiling fans with remote control (one over the double bed and one in the dining room), and another portable fan for the other areas of the Loft.
