Here at loft021 we have self check-in. We will then send you your digital door access password before your arrival time. It's yours. It's programmed, starts and expires between your check-in and check-out times.

⏰FLEXIBILITY:
We know how much tickets and schedules often complicate when booking time.
For early check-in (WITHOUT BOOKING WITH PAYMENT) we are only available for sure from 24 or 48 hours prior to booking.
For extended check-out only on the day we can see the possibility of releasing.
We were unable to release date or confirm it, because in the event of an immediate reservation we cannot undo it.
Check-in or check-out outside of hours only upon payment of a daily fee to guarantee the reservation, in order to close the schedule, only upon payment.
Option to leave the bags at the entrance:
The gatekeepers usually stayed, but this period of high season the flow increased and they haven't done it. We need to see on time with them. Although we know and are great people, we take no responsibility for this and agree with you.
PARKING LOT:
Unfortunately, we do not own a garage. Apartamentos in this footage in the south of Rio do not have. Rarity find.
But the street has car vacancies in its length. It has a nearby square as well and paid private parking. The Metro is very few steps, bike racks all over the neighborhood, buses, taxis and app cars with easy access. The transportation and locomotion is very well located and worthwhile.
RULES:
● Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
● WE DON'T allow animals.
Only guests are ● allowed to be present on-site.
● It is not allowed to organize parties inside the apartment.
● Be a good neighbor.
No noise between 22:00hrs and 6:00hrs (Law of silence in the state of Rio de Janeiro.)
● We are not responsible for possible noises of works by neighbors during business hours. Being within the time allowed by law, unfortunately this nuisance can occur. As with any hotel or even at your residence, we have no such responsibility.
● Beach.
The beach is just minutes from Loft021.
We ask for the good sense of cleaning the sand from the body thoroughly before entering the apartment.

Unnecessary consumption of the use of air conditioning does not contribute to the environment or with the waste and saving guidelines of use that Loft021 hosts provide.
● For the use of the Bathtub (In lofts that have) Very careful when filling.
Do not leave the apartment while you are filling the tub, do not sleep while filling the tub. Stay tuned not to go all the way and don't have any problems with your use.
● We kindly ask you not to take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decoration objects and linen. We know how delicate it is to talk about this point, but it is necessary.
● Did you forget anything during your stay?
No worries, accidents happen! We will certainly be able to resolve this unforeseen event, we only ask that you contact us in these cases. Thus, we will be able to inform you about fees (if we have to send) and specific procedures.
The guest is solely responsible for personal belongings and valuables during their stay. Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage of your luggage or personal items within the apartment and building. If you forget anything after your checkout, let us know and we will do our best to find and help you.
● If you break glasses, dishes in general or any item, please let us know!
Something ● BROKE in the apartment! If it is any item of considerable value, e.g.: Electronics, appliances, the value must be 100% borne to the person responsible for the damage.
Smaller items such as for example: Dishware (cup, plate,glasses) will be charged a fair fee for lost material.
● We ask that when logging in your accounts, you also disconnect from the outgoing streams. We take no responsibility for driving away. Obviously whenever we can, as well as the following guests themselves exchange, but we ask that those responsible for their accounts be careful to do so.
-TV works perfectly as smart. If you have any difficulties, search Google for settings. It is easier and more practical for you, since tvs are different from each other.
In ●the Internet. It's always working perfectly. If you have any fault please contact us so that we can try to resolve with the operator. We have no problem with this, but there has already been a single case of the region being faulty and was alternating for a day. In this case unfortunately it is a unique network problem. It only occurred once but it is worth mentioning in the rules here.
●Attention: Any kind of illicit drugs inside the apartment or building is prohibited. We also do not allow admission with weapons of any kind. Failure to comply with these rules is subject to the collection of penalties and justice.
● We do not have parking. There is the possibility of parking on the street or in private parking lots throughout the neighborhood. The Lofts are all very well located which makes it very easy for guests to make all transportation options such as: Metro, taxi, Uber, buses, bike racks and more.
DELAYED CHECKOUT: Cleaning staff will have to enter the apartment if you have a reservation in the sequence. Tolerate 30 minutes to pick up the bags, in addition, we will have to arrange your luggage and leave it at the gate.
