Here at loft021 we have self check-in. We will then send you your digital door access password before your arrival time. It's yours. It's programmed, starts and expires between your check-in and check-out times.

FLEXIBILITY:
We know how much tickets and schedules often complicate booking.
For early check-in (WITHOUT BOOKING WITH PAYMENT) we only make it available for sure from 24 or 48 hours before booking.
For extended check-out, we can only see the possibility of releasing it on the day.
We are unable to release a date or confirm it, because if an immediate reservation comes in, we cannot undo it.
Otherwise, the courtesy may be ANALYZED, being only one of the two, either check-in or check-out. For both, only upon payment of a daily or half daily rate for one of the periods, depending on the analysis.
To guarantee and reserve the date in order to close the schedule, only upon payment.
Option to leave luggage at the entrance:
The doormen usually stay, but during this high season period the flow has increased and they have not been doing it. You'll have to check with them at the time. Although we know them and they are great people, we are not responsible for this and it is an agreement between you.
PARKING:
Unfortunately, we don't have a garage. Apartments of this size in the south of Rio do not have one. It's rare to find.
But the street has parking spaces along its length. There's a square nearby, too, and private paid parking lots. The subway is just a few steps away, with bike racks throughout the neighborhood, buses, taxis and app cars with easy access. Transportation and locomotion is very well located and worth it.
RULES:
● No smoking inside the apartment.
● We DO NOT allow animals.
● Only guests are allowed on the premises.
● Parties are not allowed inside the apartment.
● Be a good neighbor.
Do not make noise between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. (Law of silence in the state of Rio de Janeiro.)
● We are not responsible for possible noise from neighbors' construction during business hours. Being within the hours allowed by law, unfortunately this inconvenience may occur. Just like in any hotel or even in your residence, we have no responsibility for this.
● Beach.
The beach is a few minutes from Loft021.
We ask that you use common sense and thoroughly clean the sand off your body before entering the apartment.
*● AIR CONDITIONING: Please turn off the air when you leave and turn it back on when you return.*
Unnecessary use of air conditioning does not help the environment or the waste and economy guidelines that Loft021 hosts provide.
● For use of the Bathtub (in the lofts that have one) Be very careful when filling.
Don't leave the apartment while you're filling the tub, don't sleep while you're filling the tub. Be careful not to flood the apartment and have problems with its use.
● We kindly ask you not to take any items from the apartment with you, including equipment, decorative objects, and bedding. We know how delicate it is to talk about this point, but it is necessary.
● Did you forget something during your stay?
Don't worry, accidents happen! We will certainly be able to resolve this unforeseen event, we only ask that you contact us in these cases. This will allow us to inform you about fees (if we have to send them) and specific procedures.
The guest is solely responsible for personal belongings and valuables during their stay. Therefore, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal items inside the apartment and building. If you forget anything after your checkout, please let us know and we'll do our best to find it and help you.
● If you break glasses, dishes in general or any other item, please let us know!
● BROKE something in the apartment! If it is an item of considerable value, e.g. electronics, household appliances, the amount must be 100% borne by the person responsible for the damage.
Smaller items such as dishes (bowls, plates, glasses) will be charged a fair fee for the lost material.
● TV, we ask that when logging into your accounts, you also disconnect from the streams when you leave. We are not responsible for logging out. Obviously whenever we can, we do, as well as the following guests themselves, but we ask that those responsible for their accounts be careful to do so.
-The TV works perfectly as a smart TV. If you have any difficulty, Google the settings. It's easier and more practical for you, since TVs are different from each other.
●Internet. It's always working perfectly. If you have any problems, please contact us so we can try to resolve them with the operator. We have no problems with this, but there has been a single case of the region failing and it kept alternating for a day. In this case, unfortunately, it is a network-only problem. It only happened once, but it's worth mentioning here in the rules.
●Attention: Any type of illicit drugs are prohibited inside the apartment or building. We also do not allow entry with weapons of any kind. Failure to comply with these rules is subject to penalties and legal action.
● We do not have parking. There is the possibility of parking on the street or in private parking lots throughout the neighborhood. The Lofts are all very well located, which makes it very easy for guests to access all transportation options such as: Metro, taxi, Uber, bus, bicycle racks and others.
LATE CHECKOUT: The cleaning staff will have to enter the apartment if there is a reservation following yours. We allow 30 minutes for luggage removal, otherwise we will have to organize your luggage and leave it at the front desk.
