Other things to note
The Loft is above the garage of our home, which is also my design/work studio. While I’ve diligently worked to insulate the Loft from external sound, there is still a degree of sound transmission between the floors. You might hear some faint music and work noise on weekends and some evenings. There's the potential of running into me while I'm working on a project in the driveway and I'm always happy to say hello!
I try to be mindful of noise, especially in the mornings and evenings and always after 10pm. Please note that this space is not suitable for those with mobility limitations surrounding stairs or those with children (no children are permitted).
The outdoor patio is a common area open to guests for both the Loft and our other listing "the Studio". Please be considerate of other guests and our neighbors when using common areas.
Please review all photos prior to booking as we have tried to give a true-to-life representation of the space.

My work: Design/Architecture
I spend too much time: Working on projects
I am an Designer/artist, maker, and photographer who loves to learn! I am originally from Indiana and have ventured out across the United States, into Europe, and even as far around the globe as Nepal and New Zealand. I am happy to call Portland, OR my home.
I am a big fan of films as well as old things with a lot of character. I do my best to be as mindful as possible when interacting with others.
